All of those posts need to be shown in public, even if it's something censored! Arashians, this is not for Arashians only!!

I would beg to disagree. The translators and subbers have no obligation to the general public. And thus, they have no obligation to make their subbed works public. If they choose to share their work, they share it in their own terms. If they choose to share it publicly, then so be it. If they choose to share it in a membership-moderated community, then so be it. If they choose not to share it, then so be it. Subbing is illegal by copyright laws so I understand their need to protect themselves and I respect them for that. And I choose to protect them as well because I understand the risk that they go through to share it with the people who are willing to follow their rules. So no, I don't agree that they NEED to be shown in public.
