That patch of white there, that's a nice patch of white. And that sort of swirly bit in the paint work, that is without a doubt the most exciting swirly bit I've ever seen...what? This is all part of the intense study of my ceiling that's going on while I'm flat on my back with a virus that's causing constant dizziness ( Read more... )

Oh Hilde, you're a genius!! Why didn't I think of that - I've got a radio dramatisation of The Three Musketeers that I've just been waiting for the time to listen to.
See, this is why LJ saves lives, I tell you! Thank you!!! You're awesome.

(I posted a pic of Thingvellir in my last post btw, especially for you. *g*)

Big hugs.
Thanks honey.

I must have missed that post!!!! *off to look*

I'm glad you can listen to stuff. Lying still doing nothing is unbelievably boring after a while :P

I hope you have a speedy recovery!

*hugs*

I didn't even think about it - I'm such a numpty! The UnGodly gave me The Three Musketeers for Christmas because she knows how much I love them and I've been desperate for a chance to listen to it ever since. And I have one read by Benedict Cumberbatch but I'm a bit worried that'll just increase the dizziness. ;-)

The frustrating part is the rest of me doesn't feel ill! I don't ache or feel sick, I just can't stand up straight or walk in a straight line. Ironically enough it started in a Health and Safety meeting on Wednesday afternoon - my boss had to bring me home and my Dad took me to the doctors. I've missed rehearsal and work and everything.

Thanks honey - you're my light and I adore you!
Luff.

How are you feeling today, angel?
*hugs*
I hope it's getting better.

LOL Listening to the velvet tones of one Mr Cumberbatch may well indeed bring on dizziness & palpitations! (Though I think it would be worth it! *g*)

Feel better soon, babe.
