I would too! The pictures are up in Utah (in the mountains even) where it was less than 80˚ (high in the 80's I think). I do, however, wear jeans year-round, the nature of working with horses, you don't ride in shorts! I do have a fair tolerance of the heat so long as it doesn't get terribly humid as well.
Of course you do see landscapers and farm workers out here in sleeves and pants, but usually they've also wet down their shirts for the extra cooling too.
