Thanks for the insight! So it is reasonable to say that as a Mormon, you accept in the possibility of life elsewhere, but it is by the hand of our shared creator? Humans may one day ascend to such heights but it has not yet come to be?

In a nutshell, yes. And everything has its order, which is why I wonder if we would be in alternate universes/dimensions verses working within this one. As I said, it's pretty much just speculation at that point.
