The scan yesterday went well (at least I assume so). It was a new machine and the radiologist (I assume that's what he was) was not in his usual office so he was slightly scattered trying to remember where everything he needed was and is probably part of the reason why instead of going in at 11 when my appointment was I didn't get in until after

You can get the "indestructible" phone without the push and talk. My husband Lance doesn't like complicated stuff as well and in his field of work his phones tend to get abused. He loves the phone... really doesn't have many features at all but it gets the job done and it hasn't broken yet. This is his 2nd phone of the same kind. His last one I think he had for about two years? Abused the heck out of it and actually fell in the ocean probably 20ft? I know much more then ten and it still worked after! LOL Though not too long after it was having some issues then died.

If you don't see it in the store you can always check online. Sometimes getting it online is much cheaper then in store. They have sales, etc.

I think, fortunately, I'm not as hard on them as I used to be, but we'll see how long this one lasts. It has insurance on it at least, which is good.

Good to hear that the phone is as durable as they claim it is!

I'm so anti-cell phone! I think I'm the only person still resisting them, but it's just too much stuff crammed on phones these days for me. I'm getting old!

I'm rooting for you! I was doomed from the start as I think I got my first one just before I started driving. An impressionable age to be sure.

My stubborn resistance is focused on not joining facebook or myspace.

Just Plain Phones do exist, but they're hard to find!
