How does it make it more personal, personable, and make people be more self-accountable if it's just the same thing, less frequently

Personal meaning more focus on individual development (be it individual person or family units). Of course not everyone is going to use that time for personal and family study, but that is on them. I do think it is going to have an effect on the two extremes. It gives those who are less comitted a chance to fade out further and for those who must do All The Things All The Time might spin their wheels a bit in trying to find ways to fill the void. We do have almost three months to get used to the idea as it won't be i.implemented until January
