It's not all that impressive yet! Thusfar the workouts have lasted just a few minutes each. I don't feel like I even have a solid half hour of time I could spend "really" working out like I did with weight training in high school and my first few years of college, but it is a start!
For the Yoga I'm trying to do 10 poses for about 10 seconds or slow breaths each, depending on how "helpful" little men and Rolo are being.
