Wo bist du, Festus?

We haven't seen Festus since sometime last week. He turned ten years old this year and had been the absolute best barn cat. Technically he was Dave and Marty's, but he seemed to have a thing for me too. He would sit up on the mounting block for scratches during lessons

Same here. It's been a week Sunday since we last saw him.

I hope he comes home. Do you have any local facebook groups for lost pets? We have a super active one. I know Craigslist is also popular, as well as handing out signs to local vets, shelters, and police.

Marty's put the word out through Animal Control and a couple other places. I'll have to ask her about what all avenues she has tried.

He is an outdoor cat and roamed freely between our properties and the neighbors. Being pretty rural I don't think many people think much of a loose cat, but he is VERY friendly and well cared for. We'll keep looking and our neighbors have said they'll keep their eyes peeled too.
