Merry Christmas to you too! It was a good day. I especially enjoy sharing the horses with my guy (or, rather, having my guy share his horses as Charm-N and Ruby are both his!).

We're 99% sure it is a Robert's Carriage four passenger wagonette (someone removed the plate when it got the current paint job) and have had it a bit over two years. We actually used it to test drive Charm-N and snapped it up when they sold it.

Agreed! Family and horses!

I hope you had a Merry Christmas too!

What fun! I wish I could have driven on Christmas. I suppose I technically could have, except my harness was in some disarray as the eurocollar doesn't fit Mitch and the replacement hasn't arrived, and I couldn't find the neck strap to the regular breastcollar (since found today)

Looooove that wagonette. I want one of those badbad. There's a Pacific carriage that I've been quite eyeing, but it's currently sitting out of my price range (alas.) I love wagonettes. Not too big, not too small.

Tragic on the harness mishaps. Do they measure the Eurocollars like they do traditional collars? Taking the depth of the neck so you have a straight measurement from the top to bottom of the collar. Do they have some adjustability or not really?

It is nice. We bought it second (or third?) hand and is a nice ride around the neighborhood. Not an off-road or marathon vehicle, but it does nicely on the flat and has awesome visibility.

Very tragic. Harness fitting is hard sometimes, especially if you live very far away and can't just run back to the tack store to replace it in a jiffy.

Yes, they measure it the same. Only it wouldn't have mattered because for some reason I got a draft size. Which looked like it was eating Mitch alive.

At least the replacement is a proper fit.

Yeah, we have to order everything too and have been lucky to get good fit each time.

Kitt has a really deep neck and is only 2" smaller than Charm-N despite being a hand and a half shorter! Granted I am sure Charm-N's harness would devour Kitt.

You should share pictures. I think the Eurocollar design is an interesting concept. Had a chance to drive him in it yet?

Thankye! Ruby is awesome. She makes the wagonette look normal sized and then you realize how big the wagonette is and you think "holy cow Ruby, you're huge!." She is such a quiet presence you forget how big she is.
