Interesting. Why is it you are learning Hebrew? I've wanted to for a while, also. I have a couple books but haven't yet done much with it. I'm trying to teach myself Russian, but I also need to learn Dutch because I moved this summer to a Dutch speaking area, and soon I'll need to learn French for a degree I am beginning to pursue! haha.

Ooh, nice. I'm Jewish too. =) I do hope I visit there one day, but I don't think it's a place I'd be comfortable living in. Are you wanting to move there just because of your heritage, or is there other/more reasons?

Also, out of curiosity, because I've noticed other Russians do the same and have never known why, how come you have ")" at the end of sentences?

I was there and lived there for a short time, and I hope life there won't be hard for me. I'm moving because.. Well I'm not sure yet. Looking for smth new and special. I just feel home there.

")" is equal for usual smile just without eyes. Hard for me to say why we really put it so frequently) If there are any questions about russian, go skype;) I'd answer with pleasure and also improve my english a little bit
