If you read down in the notes of that post you'll see quite a few people saying that it's all a hoax, but thanks for the heads' up anyway. It appears almost all of the sites have been taken down.
Reporting really does work, BTW - I did report my stolen stuff during the whole ebooks thing when AO3 was scraped and did receive a response, so you're not screaming into the void :P
