Alex found she was getting very tired of waking up in the medwing when she didn't remember getting hurt, but then again for a few minutes after regaining consciousness she couldn't remember what she might have been doing that would have gotten her injured enough to get thrown into the medwing in the first place. Not that the confusion cleared any when she could remember last night. She had been in one of the offices with Roy, and they hadn't found much of anything except some alcohol, a few drugs and she thought she remembered Roy snagging some cigarettes. Nothing like the files they had been after, but maybe good for trade if it came down to that. Of course, that -still- didn't explain why she was in the medwing. She had been standing in the office then...
Wracking her brain for an answer got her a splitting headache and a memory that basically boiled down to soul tearing pain. Well that wasn't good. At all. In any conceivable form. What in the world had happened? She thought she remembered an explosion and the intercom, then well...that much pain was a good way to make sure you weren't focused on much else. Turning the problem over in her head as she let a nurse get her up and moving out of the medwing and off to where ever the others were, it took her a few moments to look around and notice what had happened. Once she did of course, she stopped dead in her tracks. What had -happened- here? This wasn't any part of Landels she remembered, for one the fact she wasn't walking across the courtyard to get back to the main building threw her for a loop, but then even the medwing itself was arranged differently now that she thought about it.
Letting the nurse get her moving again without protest, she glanced down at her shirt before looking wide eyed around her again. There was the ugly yellow smiley face, which meant she was probably still in Landels, but she'd never seen anything as drastic as the whole building shifting before. Oh hell, that meant having to learn where everything was again. That was going to be an utter -pain-. Apparently where they were going wasn't too far though, which meant she didn't get much of a chance to look around before the nurse was gently pushing her into what looked like the arts and crafts room. At least it looked mostly the same from what she could tell. So maybe just the layout changed and not the room interiors? That might make it easier to figure out the new floor plan, but she still wanted to know why there was one in the first place.
Moving around the room and absently gathering some cloth and markers, bypassing the imitations of scissors completely her claws would be of more use, she settled at one of the tables to wait and see who showed up next. Being the first one into a room was different, but maybe it was because she was so close. Once she had occupied her hands for any of the staff watching, she reached out along her links and gently tapped Quistis, then Vincent and Kadaj. The latter two felt oddly different, and that caused her a moments pause, before she queried all three as to what was going on, and what she had missed. She didn't even know what time of day it was, let alone what madness had caused the strange changes in the building.
