Tonight was a good night. I go to sleep happy. 

So almost anyone who knows me knows I love classical music. Hell, I'm humming it all the time. Lately I've gotten into "popular" music, ranging from classic rock, to rap, to alternative, to Indie, etc. I enjoy it. The lyrics can hit home, carried along with a catchy rhythm and a driving, consistent melody.

Got to write. I don't devote enough serious time to writing. I often get to journaling and rambling, but logical, thought-provoking pieces escape my daily schedule. I have a lot to say and a lot to listen to, but I keep doing my own thing and ignoring my relationship to my writing. She gets pretty feisty sometimes.

 Bach and Handel are my pep-me-up music. Whenever I feel low or lethargic, I love to play their pieces. It almost always brightens my day, like a good full meal. 

 It sometimes bothers me that I will never have an answer tomorrow to the questions that plague me today. 

It's Chopin's birthday. 'Nuff said. 

 Solitude is a stern but trusty teacher.

 If I were a teacher I'd ask the kids to know their whys as well as their whats. What's the point of knowing anything without context or relevance?
