This is the quote/theme of the day, I've decided:
"That would be cool if you could eat a good food with a bad food and the good food would cover for the bad food when it got to your stomach. Like you could eat a carrot with an onion ring and they would travel down to your stomach, then they would get there, and the carrot would say, "It's cool, he' ( Read more... )

* chocolate chip cookies
Now, I want to eat some LOL

And yay for books! I also prefer to buy rather than borrow, it's so much better =)
I need to read Anansi Boys too!

Baked goods ftw.

It was a really good deal, I thought - eight dollars for a hardcover. I loved American Gods, so hopefully Anansi Boys is just as excellent.

oh hello orgasmic post.

I think aside from Breakfast at Tiffany's, Funny Face is probably my favourite Hepburn film. As a side note, there's one Marilyn Monroe film worth seeing, it's called The Misfits. It was her last film and the only film she did that proved she could act. I really enjoyed it. However when it comes to classic film icons, Louise Brooks takes the cake for me.

I love the scene in Funny Face when she dances around the club. I'm also a big fan of Roman Holiday and Charade.

The Misfits, eh. I'll have to check that one out then.

I figure there are a lot of things not worth spending money on, but books are definitely not on that list.
♥!
