It was more just a general comment, though I wasn't very impressed by the goalie juggling. He really is the antithesis of Paul Maurice - all but completely lacking any personal charm or charisma.

I would have to agree, and in that sense, he fits much better with Burke than Maurice would. ..That doesn't mean I don't want him back. I'd take the team/management of last season over this year's any day.

I think I had just assumed he wouldn't be coming back to the Leafs, so I'm not having much of a reaction to the latest news. It would be good, imo, if this meant we could now finally pick a new captain.

yeah i think it's more a knee jerk response now, it's like so much for retiring a leaf. well if a team that isn't teh leafs is going to win the stanely cup I don't have any objects to the canucks.
