This new job has really renewed my appreciation for weekends and reminded me of the fact that they are absolutely not fucking long enough. ( blah blah work )
jesus christ, mind you the first few months are the hardest. I'm in denial about how much it sucked when i started here. And given the level of misery about it I heap in my journal every day that is saying something non?
Come teach my maths (yes with an S it's maths! math-a maticS not just one thing, many! sorry) class for me.
I usually get bored half way through and make them practice spelling fifteen or something.
nah you shouldn't fix it it's a north american thing, mostly it's because whenever I say 'maths' the kids are all 'teacher! teacher! it's math! what is maths!" and are obnoxious, but whatever, i can always send them to the principal.

Hehe, you are right of course. I always write it without the s even though I know that's wrong. Old habits die hard. Fixed it here though.
