I tend to associate songs with certain people. A few years back, you sent me this song because it really struck your fancy at the time and you knew I shared an appreciation for bluegrass and folk. You listened to it relentlessly for a few weeks and moved on, but for whatever reason, that song always reminded me of you

He introduced me to that song as well and every time it comes up in the soundtrack to my life I would always think of him. I don't really believe in holding on to regrets but considering his passing Im remorseful that I never got around to adding him on FB after we all kinda drifted away from LJ. He and I shared a mutual love for all kinds of music and would often trade tips on the newest things we were listening to.

I'm gonna miss the big lug.
