All I've been doing is working. This week isn't a 70 hour week or anything, but it's still not empty by any means. What's kind of cool is that at least one day a week I'll be doing just accounting/office work for both restaurants. That means I'll not be on the floor, and I am learning how to run 2 businesses. And they aren't low-money ones, either

Should you ever find some "down time" I need a quick sketch of what you would like for your logo and colors needed.

I'll try to call you in a bit if you don't reply to this, but basically the same logo, just without the line through the name, and I want to play around with different fonts.
