They are WONDERFUL! (but I'm thinking mid 1880's...look at those tight sleeves and the asymmetrical over skirts)

Wow! The hats, the parasols, the giant tassels! Fingerless gloves. I like how there's wrinkles in the bodice and noticeable hemlines. Costumes?
