hey amy. are you taking career exploration at clark? if you are, may i have your book when the quater is done so i can save some money. then when the quater ends i will totally let you sell it to get the money.

Yay for you on the losing of weight! If you get back into school, and particularly Clark, you should take a fencing class, very good workout in those, and it's fun! Also fuck yeah for loose pants, I know EXACTLY how you feel, and the looser they are the funner things can be done ;P (jk jk)
I've noticed that having a brisk walk for at least 45+ minutes every day really seems to help, especially if you can go up a hill or get enough heat going to just start sweating, but of course that's just me and I can't run because of my knees, so I'm not sure if running does the same (I know it makes ya all sweaty like and all that jazz, just don't know if it's the same effect, maybe more muscle building or soemthing)
I digress: good luck with you quest and if you need any help let me know! Or like someone to do some types of workout things with. ^_^
