Hermione's a bit scary (but then she always was). I never paid much attention to Dean before but I kind of like your take on him.

Yeah, I guess making Hermione this kind of scary and very powerful woman is my way of coping with the inability to make her have a happy ending with Ron...

Dean is aces! I think I couldn't really write a character I don't like in some way. (or maybe it's writing them that makes me like them?)
