Here are the summaries of the stories for the third Lambliff Big Bang.The comment section of this post is turned off, but will be turned on tomorrow at 8PM CET / 2PM EST / 11AM PST!
We thought it would be good to give you some time to think about which fic you want and we hope something will strike your fancy!
How this is going to work: As of now you can only claim ONE fic, so please provide us with the numbers of your top two choices in your comment to this post. If both are already taken, we'll ask for another choice, but hopefully that won't happen too often!
(PS: We might ask you to come back and claim a second fic (IF you said you'd be willing to take more than one) but that depends on how this round of claiming will go.)

Summary: The realm of magic is dying because our world has lost faith in fairytales and magic. Queen Leila learns that her oldest son and crown prince might be the key for their survival if he manages to find the one person that can help him turn it all around…
Adam’s an excellent wizard who’s in tune with his inner animal, always. Except for how he’s apparently not these days. His wolf has been insisting on time spend wandering the woods on his mountain. Searching for something. The worst part is that it doesn’t know more about what seems to be missing than Adam. It just insists on being more in the forest and running the damn mountain ragged.
Weeks later it’s really starting to piss him off, it messes with his sleep and his appetite and it makes him unreasonable annoyed and snappy. He resents that, it’s not who he is. To his annoyance his parents seems to think they know what’s up. The first week they had been sending each other glances and smiles Adam didn’t know how to decipher. When he demands answers to what the hell they’re not telling him, his dad looks at him with this patient and indulgent expression on his face and suggests he just follows his spirit animal’s needs.
And his mother elaborates, “You are the crown prince Adam. You’ll need to find your soul-mate soon. You’re about to turn thirty, dear. This is Eowin meddling, offering you a hint with a crowbar.”
Adam’s jaw drops.
“There’s always purpose, as a wizard you know this.”
Adam straightens his back, squares his shoulders and looks his mother in the eye. “Fuck Eowin! I make my own choices and I’ll find my own goddamned soul-mate. When I feel like it”
Adam very uncharacteristic storms out the door. His dad’s laughter, proud and warm follows him through the corridor but it doesn’t ease Adam's anger. With a flick of his wrist, aimed carelessly towards the door, he wills the door to slam shut so hard behind him the old hinges whines in protest and the old castle’s walls trembles.
He’s his own master. No one makes that kind of decisions for him. Finding the person you’re supposed to walk through life with is a personal matter. Goddamnit.
And then he meets one magical Tommy Joe. Mbwhahahahaha.

Summary: Did you ever wonder what the 'real' story was between Adam and Tommy? Ever read an autobiography and said 'I knew it!' about a rock star or movie star? We pick up Adam and Tommy's story twenty years after Idol and Adam's public image is riding high. He's popular and successful and still the same happy dork. Tommy still plays in his band, writes music with him and is a close friend. The theories about them being together have faded over time, although they are frequently seen in each other's company. It's rare that one is mentioned in the press without the other these days and their partnership appears to be one of the most solid in the industry. There are still those that think they were together or they should be but as neither of them have ever confirmed or denied anything, their questions remain unanswered.
In a celebration of Adam's twenty year career since Idol, one lucky reporter is chosen to do a series of interviews where she finds out more than she bargained for. Over the course of the interviews, she hears their story, the ups and downs the doubts and misunderstandings and happily for them (and us) their happy ending.
They live next door to each other, two houses in the same compound, each have children (who with and how and how many I haven't finalized yet) and they've been together for more than 15 years. How have they kept that a secret? Keeping their private lives private, just living their lives. The only concession they make is no PDAs. Being out in public is 'work' so they keep it work when they're out together. Never admit anything, ignore the rumors and make it clear they won't talk about their private lives in interviews. But now their children are of an age where they will be starting to understand who their parents are and going to school so they know they can't remain quiet any longer.
The story will be told including a series of flashbacks that tell the story of how they finally got together. If an artist does choose my story, I'll be happy to give more of an idea about particular scenes if they'd like that.

Summary: This is a Vamp!/Were!fic AU. In this world, supernatural beings don't hide themselves and never have. There are several different types of supernatural beings in existence, but vampires and werewolves are the ruling powers in the world. Humans also exist, but they were second class citizens with only limited rights until recently (recently being about 300 yrs ago). Vampires and werewolves only coexist in relative peace with the help of witches, who act as mediators to keep the fragile truce the vampires and werewolves set up in place and in tact.
In this fic, Adam and Tommy are sworn enemies by nature, but when a threat arises that endangers vampires and werewolves alike, they must unite to defeat a common enemy. Matters become even more complicated when Tommy realizes something about the past that involves both of them but that Adam's unaware of. As time goes on, Tommy struggles with whether to upset the tenuous alliance they've established in the interests of saving both their races, or keep the peace by keeping it to himself and in the process betray Adam's trust as they find themselves growing closer in spite of their species' innate hatred of each other.

Summary: You know that saying, "Just walk it off"? Like, you're supposed to take all the anger and the frustration and the hurt off into the sunset, letting the physical exercise bleed everything else out of you?
That one.
That’s exactly what Tommy Joe’s been told for a long time now, through the detentions, and the hours of scrubbing walls in community service and the periodic stints in isolation in school. Walk it off, they say, let your feet take you somewhere else mentally and physically.
For the next four months, that’s exactly what Tommy Joe will be doing.
He’s going to hike, and hike, and hike. For four straight months. It’s the High Creek Wilderness Therapy Program - the last resort for Tommy Joe before juvie or something worse, according to his therapist.
It’s a fucking brat camp, even if his mother tells him otherwise.
Tommy Joe has issues with authority. He has a lot of anger inside of him, and a lot of internal issues, and he knows that. But he doesn’t think that learning how to make fires with sticks, how to dig a toilet, and walking until his feet bleed is going to solve any of that. Neither will it take away his tattoos or his piercings or his mohawkish hair.
But he’ll do it. He’ll make the four months, and he’ll go back home and then he’ll be exactly the goddamn same because walking doesn’t solve anything. Tommy Joe can do his time - he can. And he won’t even lose his temper during his sentence - he’ll just pretend like it’s a fucking holiday.
Until he meets Adam.
And they hate each other on sight.
Four months of hell.
In tents.In the wilderness.A thousand miles from home, and from running water, toilets, and beds, walking miles and miles every day across the Utah wilderness, far away from weed, alcohol, and sex.
And he’s got to do it all with fucking Lambert.

Since the first day on the job, Tommy has been ass over badge for the Lieutenant. It also doesn’t help that every time Tommy finally decides to do it, Adam is seeing someone.
Until one accident, moment in time and he thinks he’s lost the chance. It’s all he can do to stay together, to not lose it. Will he be too late to tell Adam? Will he lose the only person he has really ever loved to the one thing they can’t control?

He would probably work the whole time, but luckily his best friend Isaac is looking out for him.
Adam is the gay Casanova. He gets every boy he wants and he wants all the cute boys. He doesn’t care about having a relationship, he just wants to enjoy his time at the NYU. The boys are all over him.
When Tommy and Adam met at a party, the attraction is mutual, but Tommy doesn’t want to be a toyboy. He rejects Adam. Adam’s pride is suffering. He has to get Tommy, whatever it might take him. He starts stalking Tommy. Tommy is annoyed but he can’t deny the attraction between them. Still he refuses to give in.
One night Tommy has a weak moment, when he breaks down sick and Adam is the one who is helping him. He takes care of Tommy and while they learn to know more about each other, Tommy gives in and they spend a night together. It is supposed to be a fling, but the impact changes their both lives for better.

He stops at a small city to have a beer at a bar where he meets Adam. They hook up in the men’s room but part ways afterwards. Tommy throws Adam’s card away.
Tommy finds a job at a blues club where is working as a waiter. One night he is playing guitar on the stage after the club has already closed. The owner of the club, he didn’t met yet walks in on him. Tommy is surprised to see that the owner is Adam. They start a friendship and Adam lets Tommy play at some nights at the club.
One night they stay after the closing hours and drink together. They fall asleep on the couch. Tommy has a nightmare and wakes up screaming Aiden’s name. Tommy tells Adam his story which leads to another passionate night. Tommy realizes he is falling for Adam, but he is not ready to let Aiden go. Can Adam help him to give their love a chance? Can Tommy say goodbye to his lost love?

A day of having fun together ends with more booze and a scuffle over Adam drunk-ordering Tommy a red silk thong.They wake up the next morning hungover and bruised.Adam flirts HARD and Tommy is confused about why he’s doing it when they’re not on tour.On tour, when they’re single, is okay.Handjobs in the venue closets, making out in Adam’s hotel room.Never sex, but lots of kissing and touching, but they’re HOME and he’s got a boner. Neil calls, says he’s bringing over Conrad so he and Elisse can talk with Leila about Conrad’s bday party that weekend.They have a good time, though at one point Conrad does put Adam’s balls in danger with a flying leap and a hard landing.When Elisse and Neil come for Conrad, he doesn’t want to leave and it breaks Tommy’s heart but Adam is devastated by it.It’s what he’s always wanted, a family, and when Tommy says he’ll get it someday, Adam says it won’t because of his career.Tommy suggests a house hubby and Adam says he wants it to be the man he loves, and reveals that it’s Tommy before leaving the room.Tommy thinks back on Adam’s past relationships and his own, and realizes that his constant has always been Adam, and that he’d always choose Adam over anyone else.Decision made, he refuses to leave when Adam tells him to, and he says he wants to try.They’re both terrified about what could happen, but they kiss and that’s that.
No one is surprised when they begin let people in on this new development which begins moving too fast for Tommy to process, even as he wants it bad.The story goes on with Adam and Tommy figuring out the sexual part of their new relationship, and dealing with telling their friends and family and what it will mean for their futures and careers.

While Danielle goes back home, completely forgetting that Adam was with her, Adam is stuck in NOLA. He sings at the same bar every night and people forget his name as soon as they walk out.
All of his attempts to go back to LA or to call his family and friends end in complete failure. The boys he fucks every night become a way to pass the time. Most nights, Adam doesn’t even bother to learn their names.
Until he meets Tommy. The night they spend together is so different in so many ways of all the nights that came before, but the next morning, Adam disappears before the sun comes up. He can’t stand the idea of watching Tommy wake up and not remember him. Besides, it doesn't matter how well they get along since he’s sure that they will never see each other again.
Years later, long after the curse is broken and he comes back home, the last thing Adam expects is to find Tommy auditioning for his band. Yet here he is, facing Adam with a polite smile and a blank stare.
Obviously, Adam is the only one who remembers their night together in NOLA. Isn’t he?

They develop a need to eat human flesh.
They're not zombies, though. They don't look any different, and they can be killed. They might be a little stronger and a little faster than they were before, but there's no way of telling who's a changed person and who isn't by looking at them.
Adam and Tommy are both in their last year of High School when the germ and the vaccine are released. They're from different parts of the state, but they both make their way to LA because they've heard that there's a stronghold of unchanged people there. The people who haven't been changed by the vaccine have been forced to live in the shadows, trying to avoid being eaten, while the rest of the world keeps going.
The story is about how they meet, how they come to feel about each other, and how they try to save a corner of the world for themselves and others like them - the unchanged people.

In a celebration of Adam's twenty year career since Idol, one lucky reporter is chosen to do a series of interviews where she finds out more than she bargained for. Over the course of the interviews, she hears their story, the ups and downs the doubts and misunderstandings and happily for them (and us) their happy ending.
They live next door to each other, two houses in the same compound, each have children (who with and how and how many I haven't finalized yet) and they've been together for more than 15 years. How have they kept that a secret? Keeping their private lives private, just living their lives. The only concession they make is no PDAs. Being out in public is 'work' so they keep it work when they're out together. Never admit anything, ignore the rumors and make it clear they won't talk about their private lives in interviews. But now their children are of an age where they will be starting to understand who their parents are and going to school so they know they can't remain quiet any longer.
The story will be told including a series of flashbacks that tell the story of how they finally got together. If an artist does choose my story, I'll be happy to give more of an idea about particular scenes if they'd like that.

Summary: This is a Vamp!/Were!fic AU. In this world, supernatural beings don't hide themselves and never have. There are several different types of supernatural beings in existence, but vampires and werewolves are the ruling powers in the world. Humans also exist, but they were second class citizens with only limited rights until recently (recently being about 300 yrs ago). Vampires and werewolves only coexist in relative peace with the help of witches, who act as mediators to keep the fragile truce the vampires and werewolves set up in place and in tact.
In this fic, Adam and Tommy are sworn enemies by nature, but when a threat arises that endangers vampires and werewolves alike, they must unite to defeat a common enemy. Matters become even more complicated when Tommy realizes something about the past that involves both of them but that Adam's unaware of. As time goes on, Tommy struggles with whether to upset the tenuous alliance they've established in the interests of saving both their races, or keep the peace by keeping it to himself and in the process betray Adam's trust as they find themselves growing closer in spite of their species' innate hatred of each other.

But he’ll do it. He’ll make the four months, and he’ll go back home and then he’ll be exactly the goddamn same because walking doesn’t solve anything. Tommy Joe can do his time - he can. And he won’t even lose his temper during his sentence - he’ll just pretend like it’s a fucking holiday.
Until he meets Adam.

Adam is the gay Casanova. He gets every boy he wants and he wants all the cute boys. He doesn’t care about having a relationship, he just wants to enjoy his time at the NYU. The boys are all over him.
When Tommy and Adam met at a party, the attraction is mutual, but Tommy doesn’t want to be a toyboy. He rejects Adam. Adam’s pride is suffering. He has to get Tommy, whatever it might take him. He starts stalking Tommy. Tommy is annoyed but he can’t deny the attraction between them. Still he refuses to give in.
One night Tommy has a weak moment, when he breaks down sick and Adam is the one who is helping him. He takes care of Tommy and while they learn to know more about each other, Tommy gives in and they spend a night together. It is supposed to be a fling, but the impact changes their both lives for better.

The owner of the club, he didn’t met yet walks in on him. Tommy is surprised to see that the owner is Adam. They start a friendship and Adam lets Tommy play at some nights at the club.
One night they stay after the closing hours and drink together. They fall asleep on the couch. Tommy has a nightmare and wakes up screaming Aiden’s name. Tommy tells Adam his story which leads to another passionate night. Tommy realizes he is falling for Adam, but he is not ready to let Aiden go. Can Adam help him to give their love a chance? Can Tommy say goodbye to his lost love?

All of his attempts to go back to LA or to call his family and friends end in complete failure. The boys he fucks every night become a way to pass the time. Most nights, Adam doesn’t even bother to learn their names.
Until he meets Tommy. The night they spend together is so different in so many ways of all the nights that came before, but the next morning, Adam disappears before the sun comes up. He can’t stand the idea of watching Tommy wake up and not remember him. Besides, it doesn't matter how well they get along since he’s sure that they will never see each other again.
Years later, long after the curse is broken and he comes back home, the last thing Adam expects is to find Tommy auditioning for his band. Yet here he is, facing Adam with a polite smile and a blank stare.
Obviously, Adam is the only one who remembers their night together in NOLA. Isn’t he?

They're not zombies, though. They don't look any different, and they can be killed. They might be a little stronger and a little faster than they were before, but there's no way of telling who's a changed person and who isn't by looking at them.
Adam and Tommy are both in their last year of High School when the germ and the vaccine are released. They're from different parts of the state, but they both make their way to LA because they've heard that there's a stronghold of unchanged people there. The people who haven't been changed by the vaccine have been forced to live in the shadows, trying to avoid being eaten, while the rest of the world keeps going.
The story is about how they meet, how they come to feel about each other, and how they try to save a corner of the world for themselves and others like them - the unchanged people.
