I had seen one of the closer in ones before and assumed it was a good Photoshop job, and it's kind of ridiculous and adorable, but I'm sorry, a muscle shirt and a tennis skirt does NOT equal a dress. Bradley fails at crossdressing, but I like to think he can improve with practice! ♥
ETA2: And it occurs to me that while I only know of one girl!Arthur manip and one very NC-17 girl!Arthur artwork, there is lots of great crossdressing or genderswap Merlin art out there, including:
