I think Ceiling Theo nailed it. That's John and Sherlock's relationship in a nutshell - perfectly explained in relation to the displayed canon.

Whee for tumblr recs! I liked the asexual, biromantic etc musing one. All of this asexual stuff is totes new to me. I read an entire post on it yesterday and it had absolutely nothing to do with fandom. Learning all the time!
