With some requests, I made a coloring tutorial :)

o1) First, duplicate your base, and put it to screen, anywhere between 60% and 100%.

o2) Second, open a new Hue/Saturation layer,

Saturation: anywhere between +35 and 45+

o3) Third, open a new selective color layer.

Reds:
cyans: -40, magenta: +15, yellows: -40
Yellows:
cyans: -31 , magenta: -22 , yellows: -30 or +30
Neutrals:
cyans: -20, magenta: -14, yellows: -19

o4) open a new Hue/Saturation layer. (yeah, again!)

Saturation: anywhere between +35 and 45+

o5) Set the Hue/Saturation mode to soft light, anywhere between 80% and 40%
