I held off on reading this until you had four parts up, and then to my utter delight the fifth was there when I got done with the fourth!

I absolutely love what you did with the TB verse, from the things you cut to the ones you added - I wish the books were more like this fic, honestly. I loved Dustin as Mark's creation, Mark's outsider status, the Winklevii, Marilyn as Mark's lawyer - ugh, everything. When Sean appeared I was like ohhh shit but I loved the way Mark decided that it wasn't what he wanted, even without knowing it was all a lie. Also, every single sex scene = smoking hot. I would probably do a dance of joy if you ever wrote more in this verse... ;)

Sean, you asshole! Haha, you got what was coming to you. Just a question tho: since sean had some of the last demigod's blood, wasn't he also invincible? Or did it just dilute itself out of him because it was such a long time ago?

Well, there's two ways to lose the protection/bond with the demigod: 1. It gets diluted (which is why vamps are greedy bastards over-protectively drawn to keeping them so close and instinctively know it has to be a constant, symbiotic kind of relationship). 2. Or, more immediately, the demigod is killed. Which is what happened to Sean with the other demigod.

I considered explaining his little story but figured the details weren't terribly important. It would follow that Sean and the other two keeping the demigod hostage go a little crazy from her and in the fight to keep her, Sean kills her, they all lose their invulnerability and he kills them out of, you know. Crazy.

So, long story short (too late), yes, it dilutes. Sean lied to Mark when he said it was a forever thing to dissuade him (about losing his powers). But the demigod/vamp relationship is ultimately symbiotic: they benefit each other through constant exchange. :)
