I want to keep a list of books that I've read this year, so that I can see how my reading pace when not under duress compares with the 50books pace. I'll just continually update this post, so that it won't constantly disturb your friends list. I'm going to give a brief reaction to each, too

i love persuasion too -- it's totally her most romantic, her most everything. i think it's her best as well, but p&p is P&P. so i'm just going to love her buckets for all she's done and call it a draw...i have to say though -- and i'll reread them b/c i know i may well get jumped for this, but -- i'm not the biggest fan of sense and sensibility (the book) or mansfield park (fanny is TOO passive, i'm sorry. and i've never been into her man. i can't even remember his name, actually. edward? were there two edwards?)
also, booker prize winners: the god of small things and the inheritance of loss are the only books that i've read (or am in the process of reading) that have won, but they both have completely blown(and are continuing to blow) my mind.
