New Boss...

So what does it mean when one of your co-workers is promoted to be your new boss, but no one bothers to tell you? Is it because I'm the only person that does what I do in the entire state of Florida? Maybe they see me as some sort of autonomous unit? I don't know... perhaps the Shadow does. ;p
