So I was never a poetry fan. And, to be fair, I still am not. But there are exceptions to that. And this is one of them.

you really dont have any idea how much it means to me when someone tells me they don't like poetry, but they enjoy mine. its not that im on a one woman crusade to make people like poetry, because to each their own. but my poetry is so deeply personal to me and when someone who generally doesnt read it finds mine moving in any way i almost get moved to tears. i just.
