Over the past couple of weeks its been very stressful just looking for jobs. Either for entry level positions you have had to much work, or for upper level jobs say believe you can do the job but the other person you going up against has years more of work behind them. But the thing that is kinda of upsetting is the fact that I have a job offer ( Read more... )

to take some stress of its time to go paddle 8 miles of nice calm ohio whitewater, and than go to the parents

so finally after abotu a week of all this stress i called the company and except the job. the next step is to head back out and find myself a place to live within three weeks. this is going to be fun but hell all at the same time. after called them I decided to go for a paddle and just relax. well when i got off the river i found a voicemail stated they found a couple of pllace for me to live, and on monday morning they are going to head out and look for a couple of more, etc. that is awesome that i dont even have to look to much myself. i just hope they find something so it takes a bit off myself in stress.

options....what is is to be away from your family? (my family is around a bit over an hour away know but hell its going to be different moving to another state especially when my mom, dad, and brothers are more than just family but my best friends.

well, for one, i think you are making the right choice. this is going to be a career that is RIGHT UP YOUR ALLY..and do not worry about the winter. once peter, chris and i buy a cabin down there in 2 years or so, we will prolly be there at LEAST monthly if not more!

time to make a new home... and it is still not that far from the folks. so for weekend stays, it makes good.
as for moving out of state, i am not sure. my parents are in ohio, yes. and about an hour and a half away. i *almost* moved to colorado tho, about 5 years ago. my friends have, stacey and steve. they live in the springs, and their parents live around mine...
it was hard at first, but they love it. they are in an area that they love, and instant messenger is a wonderful thing ;)
hey, we paddlin sunday?
my boat STILL isnt registered :( but oh well.

i dont know about this coming sunday, i will not know what i am working until later this week. it sucks working retail due to they don't like to make the schedule until the last moment. also i am heading down to maryland to find a place to stay. they have started to look around and have found a couple of places, but a couple of the places they told me no.

anyhow, it sounds like its going to be a nice place to live and stay. and most of the places they have found sounds like i will have places for others to come and crash at. ........hit hit
