~Lolz, someone else has played Legaia 2! XD I thought Yin and I were the only ones, hehe. I always feel like Legaia 2 is far from a great game...but there's something charming about it anyways, you know? Definitely improved from the first game story-wise, if nothing else (but I rather enjoyed the first game too! And you've played Wild Arms, which is extra cool! XD). I loved the battle system in both, but I'm a fighting game fan so I liked how it felt like a mini-fighting game during battles...I can definitely see how it wouldn't appeal to everyone, lolz.
~Since you mentioned WA...have you played any of the other ones beside the first one? XD My favorites are probably WA2 and WA3, but I liked the first one as well. ♥ /is random
Change of plans - dad won't disclose where he's keeping his black&decker because he doesn't want me drilling holes into walls (I wonder why...)
Ooh indeed it's far from a good one - the first one was so much better story-wise even with all the pixels. The Legaia2 Undub is heaven, seriously. Lang's English voice made me cringe more than getting the crap beat out of me by random monsters.
Yup, Wild Arms and Legend of Legaia were my very first RPGs when I hardly knew English~ And I also enjoyed Wild Arms 2. I actually feel like playing FFIV due to pixel graphics nostalgia - reminds me of Wild Arms ^^
I know I also played another Wild Arms for the ps2 - it was the fifth I think? Not sure. Nope, it's the fourth one. It followed those kids um...Yulia I guess and Rachel (the girl with pigtails and a huge ass BAMF sword.) Curiously, I remember the others' stories better than that one
( ... )
Haha, yeah, I remember the English voices were kind of awful in Legaia 2. XD
~I vaguely remember the story in WA4, but I really preferred the earlier WA stories for some reason! I played them way earlier than I did WA4, but I still remember them better, lolz. Oh, I played the Alter Code F version of WA1 too! I thought the opening was awesome with the music nod to the original game. Thank you for sharing it again (the nostalgia, hehe! ♥). XD
Hey what was the worse that could happen aside me having the moon as my bathroom ceiling? xD;
XDDDD Cuz I haven't played them in ages as well and now I'm planning to do so? (already started on Legaia2 yesterday. The Undub of course. Might start the first one soon too. My dear pixels.)
OMG! You just sent me into nostalgia-land with your mention of Legend of Legaia and Wild Arms! I remember loving those games as well! I don't know what happened to them... I totally owned the both of them, as well as the player's guides... they probably went to the same place where all my OTHER old missing games have gone, haha. Legend of Legaia had that crazy like... combo battle system thing where you had to enter like.. combo chains on the controller? Am I making this up? Hahah
And thus my evil plan of making people delve into nostalgia succeeds! \o/ But, seriously, I had no idea there were that many fans of those games in my flist xD
No, bo it's exactly that! Like a fighting game, really. All the enemies in that game were mother hard to beat.

Yeah WA4 wasn't that good from what I remember. But then again I'm allergic to kids entourage and the kids in the party felt fairly annoying to me.
I wish there was the Undub available. There isn't =/ (there is of WA2! Does that even make sense? I mean, do they speak? I don«t think they do...)
