It's just "soft-cover", not pocketbook. Alas, I don't think that we'll find hard-cover "native-English" books in our bookstores anytime soon.

What about Childre of Hurin? I thought it was hardcover. Might be wrong though.

It's quite a large series, but the first three books are the best. The Wizard's First Rule, being the first one, is killer) It's fantasy, somewhat akin to Tolkien's works.
