I am torn, dear friends, in that during this, the festive season, I have realised that this year is rather selfishly based (though, in its essence, isn't it always?).   Indeed my dear grandmother, who is convinced that this may be her last Christmas, has been left to the side

i'm really wanting to skip xmas this year because of stupid family matters and my family being apart for it. even with my parents being divorced we'd had an arrangement that has worked for years until this year.

if i could steal a plane i'd grab you and we could go somewhere tropical and forget it exists!
