Dementia

I don't think it's sick for me to save my money primarily to find ways to see HIM. It might be a little strange but, what else am I supposed to do with it but spend it on shit that saves my sanity? Really, let's think about this people. >_ ( Read more... )

If you're demented, then so am I, because I've spent WAY too much time this afternoon trying to think of ways I can end up going to more than one show. I can pretty much do Detroit, but I don't know if I'll be able to round up anyone to go to the others.

And you're exactly right...spending money on things that save our sanity and make us happy is sick HOW, exactly? Just because the things that make us happy aren't the things that people THINK should make us happy, like kids, husbands, houses, what-have-you, doesn't make them any less worthwhile.

Haha! Exactly what I'm saying! *hug*

I know about all the juggling too. It's like, okay, what show can I make it to and how do I lie to get off work/school. :-P

Oh, I know! I'm getting so spastic already trying to figure out which ones I can go to. I really want to hit Philly when/if they announce dates (I have some friends who live there, so I'd go visit them during that time), plus I really want to hit Detroit and Columbus. I won't have any trouble getting time off of work, but I don't know anyone who likes the band, and all the shows in my area are mid-week, so I can't even really drag anyone semi-unwillingly along since THEY would have to take off work. Plus I like, seriously, SERIOUSLY hate driving in city traffic, so even though one of my friends who still lives up in Detroit said she'd be able to go to the show with me, I'm all spazzy about having to drive to Detroit by myself. My life was a lot easier when I had sorta fallen out of being a music geek for a while, because I'm SUCH a worrier and I get myself all worked up about things. "What if I can't make it to a show? What if I get lost on the way? What if? What if ( ... )

It's not sick at all. The only way I'm going to Japan this year is because I stopped buying food, and candy, and soda, and games, and jrock paraphernalia to save the damn money just for the trip. We're not going to get anything we want otherwise eh :-/.

Lmao! I know! Talk about sacrifice, man. Some people have it so good and they just don't know what it's like. I call it "dedication". :-P

I spent every penny I had on Finland last year.

And I don't really have the money to get to America this spring, or Finland this summer, or back again in the autumn or winter.

But, travelling, tattoos and music (which HIM fit in quite nicely) are the only things I enjoy.

So bugger it. If you're demented, so am I. And I'll see you soon and we can be demented together. Bwahah.

Seriously! We can have our own wing in the psych ward and everything, lol. Decorated with band posters. :-P

I can't think of better ways to spend my dough, honestly. *snicker* I giggle everytime I see your icon. They're so cute and stupid...*love*
