They're trying to ban kids from using blogs, now?! I'm living in the wrong country and I'm too old for it to affect me, but to they really think that it would make a difference.
There was bullying around before the internet and it's actually far worse when you can see the bully in person rather than knowing they are hiding behind a computer.
