That was just lovely. Very erotic. And I really loved the manners, the language they use, the sense of danger on Marco's part. Wise Marco. I haven't seen this series at all. It sounds like you've enjoyed it.

We're only five episodes into the first season. If you have a chance to watch this on Netflix, it's worth it. There's a serious overuse of female nudity, but the characters are compelling, the history fascinating. If you don't watch the series, go to Episode 4 on Youtube (The Fourth Step) and watch the first five minutes. Marco has barely survived a snake bite--a result of compulsive curiosity. That one scene will show you what you need to know about these two. Even though I struggle with the lead who plays Marco not feeling quite right for the part, it still works.

Oh my, are you going to suck me into a new series! LOL. Since I'm going to China in May, this might be a good one to watch. I did as you suggested and went to episode 4 on youtube. Mmmmmm, yeah. I see what you mean. Thank for the inspiring fic. I enjoyed a second read this morning.

Well, what a wonderful surprise it was to find this fic during a rare visit to LJ... No surprise that I wasn't the only one to be struck by the possibilities of this pairing, but wonderful to discover that you'd written it! And written it so beautifully and with such a lovely 3-way twist. I think you've caught the dynamic between Marco and Jingam very well and revealed just enough exquisite detail to leave me, at least, wanting much more. Could you be tempted?

So good to be reading your stories again. It's been too long.
