Oh I know! Our apartment has a window facing towards the other complex and OMG it is whistling and shreaking! Hope the paper goes well...and glad to see you still have power!

We got lucky. Our power only flickered on and off twice. Both times I was in the basement doing laundry. I'm glad it came back, because I didn't feel like finding my way through there, blindly tripping my way along the basement floor with the spiders and thousand leggers...

I was in the New Stanton Eat n' Park with a table full of rennies when power cut off and the place went pitch, but it came right back and there were cheers and merry sounds from the table. God we're dorks.
