Ngl, I always find anime laughing, especially the maniacal cackles gratingly hilarious; they make me uncomfortable while i laugh, if that even makes sense. This one made me mostly laugh. Then the one line; I lost it.

The guy is bobbing up and down in time to my music; Alphaville, which is even more hilarious.

I know exactly what you mean with the anime laughter! I absolutely love it and generally cackle along with them, but it can be so weirdly uncomfortable. There's this amazing scene in the Prince of Tennis where these two characters both laugh maniacally at the same time for about thirty seconds and it's the most awkardly amazing thing ever. I totally need the soundbite.
