It always snows Thanksgiving weekend, guarenteed. It may melt off after that, but it'll probably be back for Hallowe'en because that's just the way it is. Good old prairie weather :D

We had hail the other day. The closest we come to snow here. It must be so much fun.

Hail is awesome. We hardly ever get it, and I shouldn't wish for it because it destroys crops and things, but it's so crazy for tiny ice balls to rain down from the sky! I got caught in a hailstorm once that lasted for over half an hour, which never happens here! It looked like snow everywhere because there was so much hail. It was totally awesome :D

I love the big hailstones on grass. We are celebrating getting rain here. Bouncing from cold and warm weather.

Yeah, the first snowfall of the year is great. It's all the other ones I can't stand.

I"m guessing that not working retail is really boosting your holiday spirit, eh?

Ha, I'm sure I'll tire of it eventually, but it's always exciting when it's actually snowing. When there's just snow on the ground it's not nearly as exciting. I can be irrational if I want to.

My holiday spirit has been on overdrive the last few years, possibly every since I quit working retail. Maybe that's the key. I'd better not tell my brotherinlaw (who's a total Grinch), he'll try and make me go back to Sears so I'll stop bothering him.

I know! I think that's why I was so pleased :D It was the awesome giant fluffy snow that makes everything pretty and Christmas-like, which made me stupidly happy.

I would totally take nicer weather for a while longer, especially since it's still harvest time in some areas, but I ain't gonna complain about snow once I get it!!
