I guess the one thing I have to say is I find the idea of getting an abortion at six months unrealistic.

Me being a bitch aside, I agree with you completely. Unless the mother's life is in danger, there's no good excuse to get an abortion. *shudders*

Valid point is valid... though in my defense, I didn't write this. ^_^; The only thing that comes to mind would be partial-birth, which is generally a late-term abortion, but that's now illegal (and rightly so).

Same here, and even then I think I would have problems with it.

For me, it'd have to be a case where there was absolutely no other choice, and she was going to die and take the baby with her. :/

I actually had a friend that had to go through the whole moral dilemma. She was borderline underweight already, and after she got pregnant instead of gaining weight, she was very slowly losing it. Of course, that also made her steadily weaker, and the choice came down to abort or die.

Now, I don't believe abortion is right, but there is no easy answer to that question. I'd almost say there's no right answer either. I think in such a case, it's something needing prayerful consideration between yourself and God, and that you've got to be able to live with the consequences of whichever decision you make.
