One of the big things I like about the Paleo diet is that you don't even trally have to track calories, just avoid neolithic food. And the odd little cheat here and there doesn't make a dent... and over time, you eat less because you're eating nutritionally dense foods that don't trigger overating, and the portion control starts happening pretty much automatically.

It's pretty amazing how we're wired.
