1)Describe your perfect garden. What would be in it, how big, etc.Wow. Well, I imagine I'd like a large kitchen garden that I could access from my kitchen and/or from a greenhouse. that poem is beautiful.
i actually read the lovely bones and i've got to say it had the opposite effect on me. the first chapter or two made me cry on the bus but after that...it just seemed like whingeing to me.

yeah, i can't say it's the strongest writing I've ever encountered, but as a story it struck the right chord and it has remained with me.

I have yet to read the book, but it was a powerful movie (oh - wasn't the recently deceseased Natasha Richardson in that?) It was the beginning of my (long-distance) love affair with Aidan Quinn. Godz bless lanky Irish men.
