I have a friend like that. We met when her oldest and my youngest were not quite 2. We now live several states apart, and haven't seen each other in person for 4-5 years. It always amazes me that we can pick up the phone and talk like no time has passed- usually months between calls. Very odd for me. I've never been like that with anyone.
