I pretty much got JK Rowling for everything I put in, with a random Margaret Atwood and JD Salinger mixed in. I don't really know what to make of that...

Neither do I. For that last entry - my incomplete novel, I got some other authors if I put in just the 4th or 2nd chapter. But the first chapter & complete text got ACD so I figured he wins.

I've never read anything by any of them so I've no idea about the accuracy of this thing...

Yeah, I wish they had written up a short description of each author's style.
