Gee, I was hit by someone exactly like that when I lived in SoCal, and my mom was hit by one here in Utah. No insurance, no English, their fault. :/

What happened with your mom? :( I'm worried.

No need to be worried. She got sideswiped, but this was about 2 years or more ago. She wasn't hurt, neither was he. Her insurance paid for the damage.
Mine was a good 6 years ago...he took off my side mirror when he came barreling out of a driveway onto the road and right into me. Grrrr. I better not say any more, or I'll start ranting.

I have Farmers Insurance, and I have full coverage. I hope that it will be covered and that my premium won't go up. I was not at fault for the accident. :(

It looks like it should pop out pretty easy. We'll see what the insurance company says.

Yeahhhhhhhhh. $142 ticket. I'm gonna go in on my weekend and take the driving test.

I didn't have an oregon drivers license, and you're supposed to get an ODL after you've been in the state for 30 days.

I didn't even know that and I've been here for like fifteen years. :p Yet another reason to add to the mental DMV Haet pile in my head. XD

Yeah. It's pretty fucked up. Whatever. I knew it, and I am not going to try to get around it other than to go to court with my new ODL and hope that the judge lowers the fines.
