Also I hope Troy finds a good home. How awful a situation his previous owners would have to be in to give up what is clearly a well-behaved, beautiful dog. :( Do you go about trying to find homes for a dog when you end up with one that's purebred/obedience trained, or just wait for suitable people to walk in?

For Troy our behaviorist is trying to find him placement with someone who does dog obedience trials and is interesting in furthering his training that way, since he loves it so much. :)
