Somebody really needs to do a bumper sticker:

Yet another victim of the Republican Insurance Death Squad

But it still wouldn't get the message across. I don't think that they will connect the bodies piling up in the street with the lack of affordable health care.

They certainly didn't connect the bodies piling up all too visibly in Iraq, to their failed policy there.
