I grew up about 68 miles from the Utah border and so knew quite a few Mormons. We even had a Mormon church in our small rural town.
They are, as far as I am concerned, some of the best neighbors you could possibly have. Even when it became obvious I was never going to convert, they were still willing to come by and check on me and to help out. Always a kind word, always a "ma'am" from the younger ones and "miss" from the elder ones.
