Jack and Martha have seen to much but I wish they could feel a bit like Gwen and Rhys. But I hope they'll find a way soon to find out if it's Ianto (or an Auton - I don't know why but I have to think of Rory ;-) )

Martha and Jack really have seen too much. But Martha's really siding with Ianto at the moment she's just being cautious. Jack is doing his job as Captain, but he is also protecting himself.

They will get a lot of results in the next part. But no, I will say Ianto's not an Auton (OMG though I love Rory! He's adorable!^_^)

This is an amazing twist!!! Poor Ianto, I know he's being practical with, "...frankly you’re right not to trust me, I wouldn’t trust me", but it's got to be breaking his heart not to be held and comforted by Jack.

Cannot wait to find out what happens!!!!! This really is a great tale!! Thank you for sharing.

It's a combination of him being practical(which is the only thing holding him together at the moment) and him suporting Jack. But yes it's killing both of them at the moment.

Poor Jack. He's really got a dilemna. Even if its Ianto, is it HIS Ianto?

Pretty much. Jack's seen too much, especially considering recent losses. He was just starting to let himself really care again and well look what happened.

Ianto reassuring Jack is what he does. A lot of Ianto's hurt is because he's the cause of Jack's pain. (On top of a million other issues obviously)
