am I the last person in fandom to know that Dylan O'Brien is the star of Maze Runner?
Seeing as how I've never heard of either the person or the show...nope, you're not the last. Although I guess that means I'm not in the fandom so maybe you are lol!
Mr Psmith has been watching Falling Skies. I couldn't really get into it but he gives me the Reader's Digest version at the end of each episode, so I feel like I'm sort of keeping up. Am amused that they've dubbed one of the aliens Cochise :D
See my icon for the whole post. Dylan plays Stiles, my second favorite character, on Teen Wolf. (My favorite is this icon) :) As for Maze Runner, it's one of those YA dystopian novels. I'm pretty sure to get a YA novel published these days it has to be about either vampires or a dystopian future. My nephew is majorly into the latter.
I like Falling Skies--I'm pretty much into anything post apocalyptic.

OMG there's a whole pinterest page on Dylan. He has these cheekbones, see. I have this thing for guys with cheekbones (see Spike). And he's slender. Don't like my guys too bulked up.
Apparently I will be seeing Maze Runner for my birthday with all the tweens. *head desk*
RE: The Chiefs' loss. As I muttered repeatedly as the Ravens beat my 'Skins, it's just preseason, it's just preseason. But ugh. Just ugh.
I get those random, sudden illnesses -- get under every blanket in the house, whine at Jim to stop blasting the air conditioning (even though it's 97 degrees outside), drink hot tea, layer on the sweatshirt and the thick socks. Then I feel okay the next day or the day after. Double ugh.
